Rate and Fees
As of January 1, 2021
Current documentation fees for personal loans are $100.00. Commercial loan documentation fees are currently $200.00. The interest rates and other fees that may be charged will vary depending upon the complexity of the transaction. This is also true for real estate loan rates and fees.
There is no annual fee for Visa and Mastercard. The current APR for basic cards is 13.92% and for gold cards is 12.96%.
